Dr. Cyril Morfaw, DNP, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC
Dr. Cyril Morfaw, DNP, has more than 24 years of experience in the healthcare industry, four of which have been dedicated to the Aesthetic field. He holds a Masters Degree of Science in Nursing from Walden University, and his doctorate degree from the Global Campus of the University of Massachusetts (commonly called UMass global). He is also a licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
Dr. Morfaw has held different leadership positions, both in nursing and other organizations, however, his heart continued searching for his passion. He believes that he has found his niche in the Aesthetic field. Dr. Morfaw wants his clients to feel healthy and energetic on the inside and look and feel beautiful on the outside. Therefore, he concentrates on the physiological aspects of his patients, using his knowledge in weight loss, IV hydration, and Myers Cocktails to make clients thrive from within. He, along with the nurses, use the best non-invasive techniques and state of the art equipment to enhance the natural beauty his clients already possess. His receptive attitude creates a comfortable and accommodating environment for all at Renew U Medispa.
Maureen Mussomele, RN, CANS
Maureen has been an RN for 40 years, and spent most of that time working locally as an ICU nurse. For the last 16 years, she has been an Aesthetic Nurse. She is a member of the International Surgical and Aesthetic Nursing Association and the American Laser Society. She is a Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS) nurse, as well as an advanced laser nurse. She holds many certifications in advanced aesthetics and lasers. She is passionate about continually pursuing knowledge to help herself grow as a provider for her community and to provide her patients with the very best treatment plan. Probably the single most important aspect of her practice is providing the best safety techniques to her clients. She loves that she gets to share her knowledge and experience with her SOMD community.
Nicole Gallo, RN
Nicole is a dedicated Registered Nurse with nearly six years of experience in the healthcare field. Passionate about caring for others, she is committed to promoting health, wellness, and self-care—both for her clients and herself. Nicole's love for skincare stems from her own personal journey of overcoming skin concerns, such as acne, dullness, and fine lines. Her interest in aesthetic medicine allows her to combine her knowledge of science and anatomy with her passion for enhancing natural beauty. Nicole is dedicated to crafting personalized treatment plans that help clients feel confident in their own skin.
MarySue Garren
MarySue is an experienced Medical Assistant, having worked with general practitioners and specialty practices in southern Maryland. She has been in the Aesthetics field for over 5 years and as RenewU's Patient Care Coordinator, she is well versed in our skincare procedures and products. As a 30 year resident of southern Maryland, she is excited to be at Renew U to serve the her community, and to assist Cyril, Maureen, and Nicole. She is always available to answer any questions and to guide you to your next appointment.
